The holiday has been an amazing experience and we have been so lucky to of had the opportunity to spend such quality time with our family and experiencing different cultures. Unfortunately our holiday must come to an end, although I think we are all ready to come home to our comfort, family and friends. Thanks for being part of the journey with regular comments and communications.

ReplyDeleteWe are glad you made it home safe and sounds...your trip sounds (and looks) fab. We are missing you in Hossegor!!!! Tourist season hit with a vengance about a month ago and you would hardly recognise the place! Long queues to get a table at Cafe Paris and almost impossible to ride (let alone drive)into town. The beaches are packed, but the weather is beautiful and life is good. Apparently the crowds depart next week, so we are looking forward to the return of tranquility. Had the best ever birthday cake from Patisserie du Golf: mango sorbet centre, surrounded by chocolate mousse and hard choc exterior....the stuff of dreams....:)
